Diploma Programmes

  • Three year 9-semester Professional Programme in Homeopathic Medicine and Health Sciences – a unique opportunity to complete a 4 ½ year programme in 3 years. The curriculum consists of over 4000 hours of Homeopathy, Health Sciences and Clinical Internship.  

Classes begin in September and January and are held every other weekend from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and one or two evenings every week from 6:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.

 

  • NEWSpecial Advanced Diploma Programme for Health Professionals – complete your Homeopathic education in 21 months 

This special program was developed to enable health professionals with previous training in health sciences to integrate homeopathy in their practice. OCHM offers a unique opportunity to complete your in class and clinical training in 21 months and start practicing homeopathic medicine, a newly regulated health profession in Ontario.

Classes are held two weekends per month (Saturday and Sunday from 9:00 a.m -5:00 p.m.) September to June, for two academic years. 

 

  • NEWSpecial Advanced Programme for Naturopathic Doctors and Students – complete your Homeopathic in depth training in 18 months 

This special program was developed to enable Naturopathic Doctors with previous training in Homeopathy and health sciences to expand their knowledge of classical homeopathy with emphasis on hands-on case taking in clinical environment.

The programme can be completed in 18 months. Classes are held two weekends per month (Saturday & Sunday).


Classes are held on the Ontario College of Homeopathic Medicine campus at 332 & 344 Dupont Street (Spadina and Dupont, minutes from the Dupont Subway Station).

Students enrolled in all programmes receive intensive training in the college's full-time Student 
Teaching Clinic. Supervised by trained Homeopaths, students are well-grounded in the practice of homeopathic medicine. This is a unique experience that enables students to be hands-on in their clinical training. The teaching clinic is open on weekdays all year round.

Upon successful completion of the diploma programmes the Ontario College of Homeopathic Medicine will grant graduates a Diploma in Homeopathic Medicine & Health Sciences (D.H.M.H.S.).

Student for a day

 

 

The Student for a Day Programme was developed for those prospective students who would like to spend a day in the school visiting with students, faculty and attending classes. A free consultation visit is included in our Student Teaching Clinic along with an interview with the Dean or the Director of Admissions. This is a great opportunity to see a typical day in the life of the college and have your questions answered.
