History of OCHM
OCHM was founded in 2001 as a not for profit institution for the advancement and education of Homeopathic Medicine. Today, OCHM welcomes a diverse group of men and women who graduate with the highest degree of academic and clinical training in Classical Homeopathy.
OCHM is committed to meet the challenges that Canadians face in their personal health choices by teaching and developing our students with the necessary skills to be good and compassionate Homeopaths, and to enhance the Homeopathic profession. Our dedicated faculty and motivated student body are brought together in an atmosphere of common commitment to serve and educate the community and to live healthy lives through the practice of Homeopathy.
Homeopathy has entered a new era of being a regulated health profession under the "Homeopathy Act of 2007". Built on integrity and honour, OCHM is committed to maintain the highest degree of standards and ehtics for all of our students and welcomes this new and challenging stage for the profession. Located in the Annex, in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, OCHM is in an exciting and vital community with over 30 schools and colleges. Student life is colourful and varied with many learning facilities and close to cafes, theaters, coffee houses and shops on Bloor Street.
