Student for a Day Programme

The Student for a Day Programme was developed for those prospective students who would like to spend a day at the school, visit with students and faculty, and attend classes. 

Schedule a visit to our school and come and experience OCHM college life.  A free clinic consultation in the Teaching Clinic is an opportunity to see first hand the tremendous education that OCHM offers its students through the extensive clinical internship training that is required to make them the dedicated health professionals that they will become upon graduation.  You will see how students take a case, how they are supervised, how they relate to a patient, how they relate to each other, how they are supervised, how a remedy is prescribed.  You will be able to interact with the student practitioners in the clinic environment to ask them any questions about their experience in the clinic atmosphere and how this programme is an integral part of their training to serve their community. 

Attend a Homeopathy or Science class to better understand the academic part of this unique study of the Art & Science of Homeopathic Medicine.  You will experience the academic environment and the student atmosphere that makes this college different from all the rest.  Talk to students about their experience as a student of OCHM and talk to the faculty members to address any questions or concerns that you may have. 

Visit with the Dean or the Director of Admissions to answer questions, about the college, the faculty, the programme, the curriculum, the books, the tuition, the job opportunities, the status of the profession in the province and any concerns or questions that you may have to make this the school of your dreams.  The Administration is always available to those that wish to pursue the study of Homeopathy. 

The OCHM Student Council is always available through email or a visit to the school to relate to you the OCHM experience and to guide you through the process and to continually answer your questions or concerns through a student point of view.  Also, OCHM graduates who have opened practices are available to talk to you about life after OCHM and how they started their Homeopathic practice.
